The end of the year signals the end of the reign of many songs on That’s My Jam’s Dance Chart. First, a new No. 1 in the form of Afrojack and Eva Simons‘ “Take Over Control” claims the top spot, pushing Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP down a notch. Niamh Egan is the only other returning song to move up, while Rihanna and Kaci Battaglia‘s duet with Ludacris move further down the chart. This means there is plenty of room for new music and there’s a lot of it thanks to Far East Movement, Richard Vission and Static Revenger, Get Far, Freemasons and Duck Sauce, along with possibly the most guests artists we’ve seen on a That’s My Jam chart.

Six songs return to the That’s My Jam’s Top 10 this month, but only one is lucky enough to claim the top spot. Bruno Mars‘ “Just the Way You Are” is that song, but Mindless Behavior isn’t far behind with “My Girl.” Other returning songs moving upward include Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP and Far East Movement, but Trey Songz‘ duet with Nicki Minaj and Kaci Battaglia‘ with Ludacris move south. Debuts this month come from Rihanna, Jazmine Sullivan with her first appearance on That’s My Jam’s Top 10, Trey and Afrojack featuring Eva Simons.

Bruno Mars remains king of That’s My Jam’s Pop Chart for November, but he’ll have to fend off upward-moving singles from Rihanna, Far East Movement, Kaci Battaglia, Nelly and Selena Gomez to close out the year. Taio Cruz slides downward, surrounded by new entries from Willow Smith, Ke$ha and Pink.

She’s topped That’s My Jam’s Dance Chart and is climbing the pop list, so it should come as no surprise that Kaci Battaglia‘s team-up with Ludacris, “Body Shots,” claims the top spot on this month’s That’s My Jam Top 10. Bruno Mars‘ TMJ Top 10 debut, “Just the Way You Are,” lands at No. 2, while other new offerings from Lolene, Mindless Behavior, Yolanda Be Cool & DCUP, and Far East Movement sprinkle themselves throughout this month’s rankings. Trey Songz and Nicki Minaj‘s duet is the only song from last month to rise, with Chris Brown, Katy Perry and Taio Cruz each slipping downward.

So, Bruno Mars hasn’t been locked up for his recent drug charge, but he’s locked down the No. 1 spot on this month’s Pop Chart, hopscotching Katy Perry‘s No. 2-holding “Teenage Dream.” While Taio Cruz, Enrique Iglesias and Ke$ha start making moves off the chart, Kaci Battaglia and Selena Gomez rise closer to the top, and Far East Movement, Rihanna and Nelly make strong debuts.
